Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat children ages 1 – 21 years
  • Deliver engaging, effective, and meaningful therapy treatments
  • Advocate for patients and partner with parents to maximize child’s progress
  • Develop and train parents/caregivers on home program to help reach goals
  • Identify areas of progress and challenges
  • Document treatment notes clearly and concisely
  • Collaborate across disciplines
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Attend continuing education courses to meet state requirements for licensure
  • Maintain patient and clinic confidentiality
  • Manage time efficiently and follow schedule

    Who We Are

    Agape Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned and operated pediatric therapy clinic in Richland, WA.  Our mission is to love kids, give hope, and grow brighter tomorrows.  We provide exceptional care and support to children birth to age twenty-one and their families in the Tri-Cities and surrounding communities.

    Our team of administrative and clinical staff, including occupational therapists, physical therapists and speech language pathologists, are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children.  While our work may differ, every employee plays an integral role in the fulfillment of our mission.  We believe every team member has unique gifts and talents and by working together, we can be a blessing and make a difference in the lives of our patients, families, and each other.
